Knowledge management is an instrument for the manager to produce or absorb appropriate knowledge, one of the most crucial variables affecting the organizations' competition in the knowledge era. In the knowledge management process, knowledge sharing, which is related to its voluntary sharing in the organization to its stability, is considered a basic concept. In knowledge-based organizations such as universities, it is an important issue. Therefore, the present study has addressed the most critical factors affecting knowledge sharing in one of the universities. Then, using the developed DEMATEL technique, which has solved a part of the conventional DEMATEL technique problem, has examined their Causal priority. Results showed that organizational trust is the most important Causal factor in knowledge sharing, and then, organizational culture, participation, and collaboration are placed in the following positions. %U https://www.iesmj.com/article_144768_adad835bb40ba41a1cbfca11f5d5b581.pdf
